应用正交设计法优化长柄双花木不定芽生长条件

Optimization for Shoot Growth of Disanthus cercidifolius var.longipes with Orthogonal Design

  • 摘要: 通过正交设计方法L9(34)研究了培养基中的植物生长调节剂6-BA、NAA、GA对长柄双花木(Disanthus cercidifola var.longipes H.T.Chang)不定芽生长速率的影响。实验结果表明:最优水平组合为6-BA 0.5 m·gL-1+GA 1.0 m·gL-1。BA对实验结果的影响达到极显著水平(p≤0.01),该因素不同水平间差异达到极显著水平(p<0.01)。

     

    Abstract: By applying orthogonal designed experiment L9(34) in tissue culture of Disanthus cercidifola var.longipes H.T.Chang,effects of 6-BA,NAA,GA on its shoot growth rate were studied in this papper.The results indicate that the best combination of the plant regulators for shoot growth was 6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1 + GA 1.0 mg·L-1.Factor BA influenced the shoot growth significantly(p≤0.01),and differences among the three concentration levels were remarkable significant(p<0.01).
