豇豆品种资源的聚类分析

THE CLUSTER ANALYSIS OF ASPARAGUS BEAN GERMPLASM

  • 摘要: 通过对来自国内外的120个豇豆品种16个性状进行聚类分析,形成了豇豆品种的系统分类。直豆可分为4个品种群和8个品种亚群。Ⅰ.早熟长荚丰产品种群(内含3个品种亚群,33个品种);Ⅱ.晚熟短荚低产品种群(内含3个品种亚群,26个品种);Ⅲ.小叶早熟中产品种群(内含2个品种);Ⅳ.大叶中晚熟中产品种群(内含2个品种亚群,59个品种)。

     

    Abstract: Sixteen traits of 120 Asparagus beau cultivars from China and abroad wereanalysed using cluster analysis method.Aclassification system of Asparagus beau wasestablished.Asparagus beau cultivars are divided into four cultivar groups and eight subgroups.Group Iconsists of early maturing,long pod and high yield cultivars containing 3 subgroups, 33 cultivars.Group Ⅱ consists of late maturing,short pod and low yieldcultivars containing 3 subgroups, 26 cultivars.Group Ⅲ consists of small leaves, earlymaturing and medium yield cultivars containing 2 cultivars.Group Ⅳ consists of largeleaves,medlum and late maturing and medium yield cultivars containing 2 subgroups,59 cultivars.
