长喙毛茛泽泻胚中营养物质的积累与消耗

DEPOSITION AND DEGRADATION OF STORGE RESERVES IN THE EMBRYO OF RANALISMA ROSTRATUM

  • 摘要: 长喙毛茛泽泻(Ranali smarostratum Stapf)是一种水生濒危植物。它的种子中没有胚乳,营养物质以淀粉粒和蛋白体的形式贮藏在胚中。胚不同部位物质积累情况差异较大,下胚轴和子叶细胞中的淀粉粒、蛋白体数目多、体积大,胚芽和胚根分生细胞中只贮藏有少量的淀粉粒和蛋白体。在种子萌发及幼苗早期生长过程中,首先消化的营养物质为蛋白质,胚根刚突破种皮时,蛋白体即全部消失。淀粉粒逐渐降解,在二叶幼苗期全部消化。推测长喙毛茛泽泻胚中蛋白体降解过快可能是造成其幼苗存活率低,从而导致其濒危的原因之一。

     

    Abstract: Ranalisma rostratum is a aquatic and endangered plant.Its seed consisted of no endosperm, and the reserve constituents were stored in the embryo itself by the form of starch grains and protein bodies.Much more starch grains and protein bodies were presented in either the cotyledon or hypocotyl cells, and less in both plumule and radicle meristematic cells.During the stages following germination, the protein bodies were utilized first and they all disapperd as soon as the radicle protruded the seed-coat.The starch grains degraded progressively and complete disorganization taken place at the two-leaf seedling stage.It was presumed that the rapid degradation of protein bodies in the embryo probably caused the high mortality of Ranalisma rostratum seedlings, and this might be one of the reasons which caused the plant into a endangered state.
