滑桃树种子的美登素类对小菜蛾的拒食作用

ANTIFEEDANT EFFECT OF MAYTANSINOIDS FROM THE SEEDS OF TREWIA NUDIFLORA ON INSECT PESTS

  • 摘要: 从云南省西双版纳的滑桃树(Trewia nudiflora L.)种子中分离得到的特利回升(Trewiasine)、特利奴定(Trenudine)和特利福洛林(Treflorine)等3个美登素化合物对小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella)有强烈的拒食作用,50ppm拒食效果分别为71.5%、86.71%、87.37%;特利奴定10ppm对小菜蛾的拒食效果为57.7%;滑桃树种子的0.5%乙醇抽提物的拒食效果为68.5%.

     

    Abstract: Maytansinoids including Trewiasine,Trenudine and Treflorine isolated from the seeds of Trewia nudiflora L.have strong antifeedant effect on Plutella xylostella(Linnaeus).71.5%, 86.71% and 87.37% of the antifeedant efficiency were obtained by using 50ppm of them,respectively.10ppm Trenudine has 57.71% antifeedant efficiency on Plutella xylostella and 0.5% alcohol extracts has 68.5% effect.
