莼菜冬芽越冬阶段叶的解剖学和生理学研究

AN ANATOMICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE LEAVES OF WINTER BUDS OF BRASENIA SCHREBERI GMEL.

  • 摘要: 对越冬阶段的莼菜冬芽叶片的超微结构和一些生理学特征进行了研究。结果表明,莼菜冬芽叶虽处于冬季不利的低温条件下,但各细胞器的结构完整,并仍保持完善的生理功能。冬芽叶的结构和生理特征表明,莼菜冬芽可能不是像绝大多数的陆生植物那样以降低自身的代谢速率的方式来被动地越冬,而是通过积极的代谢活动形成主动的抗寒能力而顺利越冬

     

    Abstract: An ultrastructural and physiological study on the leaves of winter buds has been carried out in this paper.The results show that the cell organs of the leaves from the winter buds are integral despite the cold stress,and they can still maintain a perfect physiological function.The structural and physiological characteristics of the leaves of winter buds indicate that:they don't survive the winter passively by decreasing their metabolism rate,as the manner of most of the terrestrial plants,but survive the winter actively with their vigorous metabolism.
