河南绒毛白蜡无性系的数量分类研究

摘要: 采用系统聚类分析中的最短距离法等5种方法,对绒毛白蜡15个无性系进行系统聚类。聚类分析结果与其形态分类相吻合,其中5种方法中以离差平方和法和最长距离法为最佳,从而为进行绒毛白蜡种下系统分类和无性系研究,提供了新的手段和科学依据。Abstract: Fiffeen clones of Fraxinus velutina Torr. are analysed by means of 5 clustering methods based on 28 characters. The results indicate that fifteen clones can be devided into three classification, which are identical with the morphological classification.This provide the new means and scientific basis for classiffication of infraspecies of Fraxinus velutina and the research of clones.
