盾叶薯蓣灭钉螺活性成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE MOLLUSCICIDAL CONSTITUENTS OF DIOSCOREA ZINGIBERENSIS

  • 摘要: 盾叶薯蓣(Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright)根茎正丁醇提取物呈现显著的灭钉螺活性。由生物活性引导法分离得到两种具有灭钉螺活性的甾体皂甙,经化学和光谱方法分析,确定它们为纤细皂甙和盾叶皂甙A。其中,纤细皂甙72h灭钉螺率为98%(5mg/L),盾叶皂甙A 72h灭钉螺率为96%(5mg/L)。首次报道了灭钉螺活性。

     

    Abstract: The n-butyl alcohol extracts of rhizoma of Dioscorea zingiberensis showed asignificant molluscicidal activity. Bloassay Alguided fractionation has led to the isolation oftwo molluscicidal steroidal sapoins: DZ1 and DZ3. With spectroscopic and chemicalmethods, DZIand DZ3 were determined to be gracillln and zingiberenin A, respectively.Among them,DZIhas a snail mortality of 98% at 5 mg/L in 72 hours,whlle DZ3 has amortality of 96 % at the same conditions. It is the first time the molluscicidal activities ofthese compounds were reported.
