金缕梅亚科ITS序列分析及其系统学意义

ITS Sequences of Hamamelidoideae and Their Systematic Significance

  • 摘要: 根据金缕梅亚科22属(活塞花属Embolanthera除外)代表种的nrDNAITS序列数据构建了分子系统树。结合形态解剖证据,金缕梅亚科可分为3个族,即①木族Loropetaleae Zhangtrib.nov.,包括蜡瓣花属Corylopsis、Maingaya、Matudaea、活塞花属、四药门花属Tetrathyrium和木属Loropetalum;②Dicorypheae Zhangtrib.nov.,包括毛枝花属Trichocladus、Dicoryphe、Neostrearia、Ostrearia、Noahdendron、秀柱花属Eustigma、牛鼻栓属Fortunearia、山白树属Sinowilsonia、Molinadendron;③金缕梅族Hamamelideae,包括Fothergilla、金缕梅属Hamamelis、Parrotiopsis、水丝梨属Sycopsis、Parrotia、银缕梅属Sha-niodendron、蚊母树属Distylium和拟母树属Distyliopsis

     

    Abstract: Phylogeny of 22 genera of Hamamelidoideae was recontructed based on the sequences of internal transcribed spacers(ITS) and 5.8S coding region of nuclear ribosomal DNA.Three tribes can be recognized:(1) Loropetaleae Zhang trib.nov.:Corylopsis,Maingaya, Matudaea,Embolanthera,Tetrathyrium and Loropetalum. (2) Dicorypheae Zhang trib.nov.:Dicoryphe,Trichocladus,Neostrearia,Ostrearia,Noahdendron,Eustigma,Fortunearia,Sinowilsonia and Molinadendron. (3)Hamamelideae A.D.:Fothergilla,Hamamelis,Parrotiopsis,Distylium,Distyliopsis,Sycopsis,Parrotia and Shaniodendron.
