莲藕品种DNA指纹图谱的绘制

Construction of the DNA Fingerprinting in Nelumbo

  • 摘要: 采用RAPD技术对14个莲藕品种进行遗传多态性分析,用5个Operon引物和80个SBS的RAPD引物进行筛选,从中选出来自SBS的RAPD-C13和RAPD-D15扩增出的8条多态性条带,绘制了14个品种的DNA指纹图谱,在该图谱中每个品种均有各自特异的DNA指纹。

     

    Abstract: The genetic polymorphism was analyzed by RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA)in 14 lotus accessions.Eight stable and repeatable RAPD bands amplified with two primers,RAPD-C13 and RAPD-D15 coming from five Operon’s primers and eighty SBS’s primers,were selected for the construction of DNA fingerprinting,in which each lotus had its unique fingerprinting pattern.
