Extraction and Content of Total Flavone in Schizonepeta tenuifolia by Microwave Technique

  • Abstract: Microwave technique applied in extraction of total flavone of Schizonepeta tenuifolia has been obtained for the first time. The total flavone content was carried out by colorimetry, and the total content from Schizonepeta tenuifolia is 1.110%,recovery rate is 97.6%, RSD=1.28%.
