1个新的椪柑突变体──“桂林良丰”无核椪柑的细胞学鉴定

CYTOLOGICAL IDENTIFICATIONS ON

  • 摘要: 从体细胞染色体数、气孔大小与密度、花粉粒的形态与大小、小孢子母细胞的形态与大小,对"桂林良丰"无核椪柑(Citrusreticulata Blanco)的细胞学进行了鉴定。结果表明,"桂林良丰"无核椪柑为4x与2x两种倍数性的混倍体,且4x细胞与2x细胞的比例为1:1.此研究在椪柑上尚属首例报道。因此,本突变体既可作为无核椪柑的新类型,又可作为新的种质资源进一步用于育种。

     

    Abstract: The number of somatic cell chromosomes,the size and density of stomata,the morphology and size of pollen grains and microsporocytes on "Guilin Liangfeng"Seedless Ponkan (Citrus reticulata Blanco)were identified.The results of cytological identifications showed the "Guilin Liangfeng"Seedless Ponkan was mixoploid(2n=2x=18 and 2n=4x=36)and its somatic cell ratio of 4x to 2x was 1:1,and the phenomenon was reported in Ponkan for the first time.Therefore, it is a new type mutant of seedless and may be used as the germplasm resources in citrus breeding.
