多效唑对盾叶薯蓣叶片活性氧代谢与膜脂过氧化反应的影响

Effects of Paclobutrazol on Reactive Oxygen Metabolism and Lipid Peroxidation in Dioscorea zingiberensis Wright Leaves

  • 摘要: 研究了多效唑(Paclobutrazol,PBZ)对正常生长状况和干旱胁迫下盾叶薯蓣叶片中活性氧代谢与膜脂过氧化反应的影响,结果发现多效唑处理的盾叶薯蓣叶片在正常生长状况下超氧物自由基(O2)产生速率比对照降低了14.5%,超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxidedismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)、过氧化物酶(Puaiacolperoxidase,POD)活性分别比对照提高了35.9、15.2和25.0%,丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量比对照降低了44.9%,可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素含量分别比对照提高了13.9和12.3%。而在干旱胁迫下,多效唑处理均显著抑制了O2和MDA的产生,SOD、CAT、POD活性的降低以及可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素的降解。

     

    Abstract: This paper studied the effects of paclobutrazol (PBZ) on reactive oxygen metabolism and lipid peroxidation in Dioscorea zingiberensis Wright leaves, the results show that PBZ decreased O2 production rate by 14.5%, stimulated a 35.9, 15.2 and 25.0% increase in the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and puaiacol peroxidase (POD), promoted the synthesis of soluble protein and chlorophylls by 13.9 and 12.3%, and reduced malondialdehyde (MDA) content by 44.9% under normal growth condition. But both the decreased activities of SOD, CAT and POD as well as soluble protein and chlorophylls contents and the production of O2- and MDA were maintained to a lower degree than their corresponding controls after exposure to drought stress.
