五唇兰胚胎发生与几种同工酶变化的相关性研究

Study on the Relationship between Embryo Genesis and Isozymes Divergence in Doritis pulcherrima Lindl.

  • 摘要: 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法研究了五唇兰(Phaius tankervilliae Lindl.)授粉后合子形成过程中同工酶的变化情况.结果发现,有些位点在这一发育过程中始终表达,如Est-2、Est-4、AAT-3;球形胚形成时,Est-1、Est-3消失;Pgi-3只在合子形成时出现.同工酶位点的变化说明五唇兰受精后合子的形成是相关基因时序性表达的结果.

     

    Abstract: Isozyme divergence was studied during the period of embryo genesis in Doritis pulcherrima Lindl.Some isozyme loci were always expressed in the whole research phrase,such as Est-2,Est-4,AAT-3.As the global embryo formed,Est-1 and Est-3 disappeared,however,Pgi-3 only presented at the zygote stage.This isozyme variety implies that the zygote formed dependant on the expression of the sequence gene.
