化学杀雄剂(铁氰化钾)在组织培养过程中对菜豆花药雄性不育影响的初步研究

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON MALE STERILITY IN PHAS EOLUS VULGARIS L. BY POTASSIUM FERRICYANIDE UNDER TISSUE CULTURAL CONDITION

  • 摘要: 本实验利用铁氰化钾处理组织培养的菜豆早期花药(小孢子单核期),以检验该药剂的杀雄效果。在组织培养条件下,药剂杀雄的有效浓度为0.1—0.5ppm;通过组织化学及扫描电镜等细胞学观察表明,杀雄作用与绒毡层过氧化物酶受抑制及小孢子外粉壁形成受阻有关。

     

    Abstract: The male sterile effect of potassium ferricyanide treatment was examined on the anther of Phaseolus vulgaris L. during the mononuclear microspore phase under tissue cultural condition.The range of the effective concentrations of the reagent is from 0.1ppm to 0.5ppm. By the observations of histochemistry and SEM, we can make a conclusion that the effect of sterilization is related to the inhibition of the activity of peroxidase in tapetum and the formation of the exine.
