CaM拮抗剂对麦苗氮素同化酶及干物重的影响

THE EFFECTS OF CALMODUL IN ANTAGONIST ON THE ACTIVITIES OF NITROGEN ASSIMILATION ENZYMES AND THE ACCUMUL ATION OF DRY MATTER IN WHEAT SEEDL INGS

  • 摘要: 钙调蛋白拮抗剂CPZ(Chlorpromazine, 氯丙嗪, 简称CPZ)抑制小麦幼苗对外源硝态氮的吸收及其向有机氮的转化, 对根器官的影响明显大于叶片, 这与CPZ处理后不同器官中NR、GS活性受影响的程度相一致;根和茎叶干物质累积量下降。但CPZ处理后小麦幼苗不同器官中全钙含量增加, 说明作为植物第二信使系统的钙调蛋白受拮抗后直接影响植物的氮同化过程。

     

    Abstract: The resultsofthe experimentwhich the differentconcentrationsofcalmodulin antagonist—— CPZwere supplied to 1/2 Hoagland cultural solution showed that CPZinhibited the uptake of nitrate and its transformation into organic nitrogen in wheat seedlings, and the root was more sensitive to CPZthan the leaf.This coincided with the variations of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase activities in the same organ in wheatseedlings under the treatmentof CPZ.Finally, CPZresulted in the decrease of dry weight of root and upground parts of wheat seedlings.CPZcaused the increase of total calcium content in wheat seedlings.The results indicated thatcalmodulin, as a memberofthe second messengersystem, probably plays an important role in regulation of nitrogen assimilation in plants.
