井冈寒竹属叶表皮微形态特征及其分类学意义

Leaf Micromorphology of Gelidocalamus Wen and Its Taxonomical Significance

  • 摘要: 井冈寒竹属(又名短枝竹属,Gelidocalamus Wen)是1982年温太辉以产于井冈山区的井冈寒竹Gelidocalamus stellatus Wen为模式种建立的新属。自井冈寒竹属建立以来,陆续有新的分类群发表,或将一些分类群归并到本属中,但迄今尚未开展系统研究。为了发现更多的井冈寒竹属分类学证据,本研究利用扫描电镜对井冈寒竹属9个分类群的叶表皮微形态特征进行了观察。结果表明:9个分类群竹叶下表皮的长细胞、微毛、大毛的形态和分布较为一致,但乳突、刺毛、气孔器和短细胞呈现较丰富的微形态差异。尤其是乳突的形状、气孔器及其周围的乳突排列式样最为丰富,具有重要的分类学价值,可以作为属内种的划分依据。

     

    Abstract: Gelidocalamus Wen, of which the type specimen is Gelidocalamus stellatus distributed in Jinggang Mountain, was proposed by Wen Taihui in 1982. Since then, new species or taxa have been continuously reported, resulting in the need of a systematic study of the genus. To clarify the relationship among species of Gelidocalamus, leaf micromorphology of nine species were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results showed that the shape and distribution patterns of long cell, micro hair and macro hair looked very similar in these species. Nevertheless,papillae, prickle hair, stomatal apparatus and short cell showed significant differences among species. In particular, the shape and distributional patterns of the papillae on the stomatal apparatus exhibited rich diversity and were of taxonomic significance for Gelidocalamus.
