秋茄幼苗的形态特征及其生物量

MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTER AND BIOMASS OF KANDELIA CANDEL SEEDLINGS

  • 摘要: 对秋茄一年生幼苗的主要形态指标及其生物量进行了测定。结果表明,株高、茎高、基径、根高、根长、叶面积以及根、胚轴、茎、叶和全株生物量等计量指标,呈现算术平均值>中值>众值组段中点的规律,符合正偏态分布。节数、叶数等计数指标的算术平均值和中值相等,二者大于或等于众值组段中点。根据实测的数据,采用一元线性回归、多元线性回归、幂函数和指数函数拟合了秋茄一年生幼苗主要形态因子和生物量的回归模型。

     

    Abstract: The morphological character and biomass were investigated in one-year-old Kandelia candel seedlings cultivated in sand beds and irrigated with natural sea-water.The results show that some quantitative indices such as plant height,stem height,basal diameter, root height, root length and leaf area and biomass of root, hypocotyl, stem, leaf and whole plant show a pattern of their arithmetic mean>median>median of mode interval, which accords with positive deviate distribution.The arithmetic mean of some enumerative indices such as numbers of node and leaf of the seedlings equals to their median, both of which are equal to or larger than the median of mode interval.Based on the data obtained, 22 regressive models in the morphological factors and biomass of the seedlings are set up using linear regression, multilinear regression, power function and exponential function.
