甘肃地产党参区域性品质差异及气候响应特征分析

Regional quality differences and climatic response characteristics of Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf. in Gansu Province

  • 摘要: 基于甘肃产区党参(Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.) Nannf.)中4种代表性组分(党参炔苷、苍术内酯Ⅲ、多糖和醇溶性浸出物)的含量变化与相应地域气候因子的分析,探明甘肃境内区域条件、气候因子对党参化学成分的影响及关联性。运用高效液相色谱法测定党参中这4种化学成分含量,分析区域性、年-季-月不同时间尺度的气候因子与党参4种化学成分的关系并计算出相关系数。结果显示,甘肃地区党参化学成分含量存在区域性差异,且苍术内酯Ⅲ是造成差异的主要化学成分。不同地区间降水量和日照量的差异是造成苍术内酯Ⅲ含量区域性差异的气候因素,在一定程度下降水量高且日照量较少的地区有助于苍术内酯Ⅲ的形成和积累。月降水和月均日照量对苍术内酯Ⅲ含量影响较大,其含量与3-10月月降水呈显著正相关,与3-5、7月的月均日照量呈显著负相关。党参炔苷、醇溶性浸出物含量与气候因子无显著相关性;党参多糖含量与年均温度呈显著正相关。

     

    Abstract: We explored regional differences in the chemical composition and climate response mechanism for the accumulation of active constituents in Codonopsis pilosula (Franch.) Nannf. based on chemical components and multi-scale climatic factors in Gansu Province. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied to determine the concentrations and differences in the contents of active components in C. pilosula from different regions. Correlation analysis was performed to assess the relationships among annual, quarterly, and monthly climatic factors and chemical components. Results showed regional differences in the chemical component contents in C. pilosula, with atractylenolide Ⅲ content showing the most significant difference across regions. There was no significant correlation between climatic factors and contents of lobetyolin or ethanol-soluble extractives. However, polysaccharide content was positively correlated with mean annual temperature and atractylenolide Ⅲ content was positively correlated with annual precipitation and annual average relative humidity, but negatively correlated with annual average solar radiation. Monthly mean precipitation and monthly mean solar radiation were key factors related to atractylenolide Ⅲ content in C. pilosula. Atractylenolide Ⅲ content was strongly positively related to monthly mean precipitation from March to October, but negatively correlated with monthly mean solar radiation from March to May and July. Precipitation and solar radiation were important climatic factors related to the regional differences in atractylenolide Ⅲ content. High precipitation and low solar radiation were conducive to atractylenolide Ⅲ accumulation in C. pilosula.
