东红’猕猴桃果园土壤养分与果实品质的多元分析

Multivariate analysis of relationship between soil nutrients and fruit quality in ‘Donghong’ kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis var. chinensis) orchards

  • 摘要: 以四川蒲江32家果园的猕猴桃(Actinidia)品种‘东红’(A.chinensis var.chinensis ‘Donghong’)为材料,对果园土壤养分含量和果实品质进行检测,应用典型相关性分析和多元回归分析,筛选出影响果实品质的主要土壤因子,并找出调查果园存在的土壤问题。结果显示:‘东红’采收干物质主要受有机质的影响;软熟色彩角主要受碱解氮、速效钾、有效硫的影响;软熟硬度主要受速效钾、交换性钙的影响;软熟可溶性固形物主要受有机质的影响;软熟可溶性糖主要受速效钾、有效硫的影响;软熟可滴定酸主要受有机质的影响。因此,土壤有机质含量是‘东红’果实干物质、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸等品质的重要影响因子,其次是速效钾、有效硫和碱解氮。

     

    Abstract: Soil nutrients and fruit quality were determined for 32 ‘Donghong’ kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis var. chinensis) orchards. Canonical correlation analysis and linear regression were used to screen the major soil nutrient elements affecting fruit quality and to determine existing soil problems in the surveyed orchards. Canonical correlation analysis showed that at-harvest dry matter, at-softening soluble solids content, and titratable acid were mainly affected by soil organic matter; at-softening hue angle was mainly affected by soil alkaline N, olsen-K, and available S; at-softening firmness was mainly affected by soil olsen-K and exchangeable Ca; at-softening soluble sugar was mainly affected by olsen-K and available S. Hence, soil organic matter was the most important impact factor on fruit quality, including dry matter, soluble solids content, and titratable acid, followed by olsen-K, available S, and alkaline N.
