中华猕猴桃果实主要营养成分及其变化的研究

A STUDY ON THE MAIN NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITION OF THE FRUITS OF ACTINIDIA CHINENSIS VAR. CHINENSIS

  • 摘要: 1983—1985年对原产地和试种点的猕猴桃果实进行了营养成分的系统分析研究。结果证明:不同品(株)系果实的营养成分不同,本所主要优良品(株)系维生素C含量最高可达300mg/100g以上;7月中旬采收果实,维生素C含量最高,10月中旬采收果实,总糖含量最高;果肉维生素C含量最高,果皮含量最低。

     

    Abstract: The content of nutritional composition in the fruits of Actinidia chinensis Planch. var. chinensis was systematically analysed from 1983 to 1985. The results show that the nutritional composition content in the fruits of various strains (clones) is quite different. Vitamin C content is the highest in the fruits picked in the middle ten days of July and pulp has higher VC content than peel does The VC of the fine strain or clone in our orchard reaches above 300mg/100g. The content of total sugars is the highest in the second ten days of October.
