三七细胞在气升式反应器中的扩大培养研究

LARGE SCALE CULTURE OF PANAX NOTOGINSENG CELLS IN AIR-LIFT BIOREACTOR

  • 摘要: 三七细胞在5升外循环、内循环气升式反应器中能正常生长并累积三七皂甙及多糖。外循环反应器中三七总皂甙含量最高可达9.48%;内循环反应器中三七多糖含量则可高达24%。但三七细胞生长比较缓慢的问题有待进一步研究。

     

    Abstract: Panax notoginseng cells are cultured in 5L inner-loop and outer-loop airlift bioreactors. Total saponin content of the cultured cells in outer-loop airlift reactor is about 9.4%, the content of polysaccharide is 13%. Sucrose-cell conversion efficiency is 23.3%, and suerosesaponin conversion efficiency is 2.2%: Total saponin content of the cells cultured in innerloop airlift reactor is 2.6%, the content of polysaccharide is 24%. sucrosecell conversion efficiency is 25%, sucrose-saponin conversion efficiency is 0.65%. We can conclude from the above results that airlift bioreactor is suitable for large scale cultivation of P. notoginseng cells, But the slow growth of the cells needs to be further studied.
