杂交水稻生长发育过程中硝酸还原酶活性与产量性状的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NITRATE REDUCTASE ACTIVITY AND YIELD CHARACTER OF HYBRID RICE DURING GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

  • 摘要: 由于硝酸还原酶(NR)在硝酸同化过程中起着重要作用,人们进行了大量的研究工作,对玉米9、小麦、大麦的研究结果均表明NR活性与籽粒及籽粒蛋白质产量相关。近年来的研究表明NR活性与作物的耐肥性呈负相关1,2,4,并认为这是高等植物的一个普遍规律。肖翊华等对11个杂交水稻组合NR活性的研究认为,NR活性作为优势杂种的预测指标具有很大潜力3
