栽培与野生射干的质量比较研究

COMPARATIVE STUDIES ON THE QUALITIES OF CULTIVATED AND WILD BELAMCANDA CHINENSIS (L.) DC.

    摘要
  • 摘要: 本文对栽培与野生射干的药材性状、根茎及根的粉末特征、组织特征、薄层扫描、薄层层析及总黄酮的含量测定等方面进行了比较研究。结果表明,二者的质量基本一致,为推广应用人工栽培射干提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper compared various features of cultivated and wild Belamcanda chinensis in the folliwing aspects: the crude drugs, the powder of rhizoma and root, tissue structure, TLC and TLS and the total contents of flavonoids, etc, The results showed that the qualities of the two kinds are basically the same, thus providing us with the base to use cultivated Belamcanda chinensis.
