A NEW ALGORITHM FOR CLADISTIC TAXONOMY——EVOLUTIONARY EXTREMAL AGGREGATION METHOD

  • 摘要: 从生物演化的逆方向考虑,提出一种聚合的分支分类运算方法,称为演化极端结合分支分类法。文章阐明其设计思路、演算步骤,并以实例具体说明其演算过程。最后以演化长度系数、合理解与合理方法等概念,对演化极端结合法进行评价。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a new method for inferring phylogenetic trees in cladistics is proposed. The design of the method is discussed and the procedure for practical algorithm is made clear. An example is given as an illustration for the method. Finally, some concepts of parsimonius coefficient, ideal solution, ideal method, optimal solution and optimal method are defined for comment on cladistic algorithm method. The evolutionary extremal aggregation method belongs to ideal method and then it is valuable for the quantitative cladistic analysis.
