北方几种小浆果植物的核型研究

STUDIES ON KARYOTYPE OF SOME BERRY PLANTS IN NORTH CHINA

  • 摘要: 对悬钩子属(Rubus)、醋栗属(Ribes)、越桔属(Vaccinium)、沙棘属(Hippophae)、接骨木属(Sambucus)和五味子属(Schisandra)等6属12种小浆果植物的染色体数目和核型进行了研究。其中绿叶悬钩子(R. komarovii)、牛迭肚(R. crataegifolius)和刺果茶藨(R. burejense)的染色体数目为首次报道。截止目前,关于小浆果植物的核型资料报道甚少。

     

    Abstract: In the present paper, the chromosome numbers and karyotypes of 12 species of 6 genera berry plants, including Rubus, Ribes, Vaccinium, Hippophae, Sambucus and Schisandra were reported. The chromosome numbers of R. cragaegifolius, R. komarovii and R. burejense were reported for the first time.
