水稻上农黑糯07不定芽的诱导及植株再生

THE INDUCTION OF ADVENTITIOUS BUDS AND PLANT REGENERATION OF RICE SHANGNONG HEINUO

  • 摘要: 水稻()上农黑糯07种子经激素2,4-D和KT诱导,得到愈伤组织,改用IAA和6-BA,并经反复筛选,得到再生频率极高的不定芽无性繁殖系。不定芽最快可以每月8倍的速度繁殖,是研究水稻性质,制备水稻人工种子和水稻基因工程的好材料。经石蜡切片观察,证明水稻再生植株的形态发生是通过不定芽的途径。从这些再生植株中筛选到一些变异品系。

     

    Abstract: The seeds of rice(Oryza sativa) Shangnong Heinuo are induced to form calliby MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D and KT.High frequence of regenerated plantsare got from the calli by using phytohormone IAAand 6-BA after many times of subculture.The speed of regeneration can reach to & times per month.This is an ideal material for rice basic research and biotechnology.Paraffin section observation confirms thatthe regeneration is through the path of adventitious buds.We also selected some variants from the regeneration plants.
