EVOLUTIONAL STRUCTURE STUDY OF VESSEL ELEMENT ON DIFFERENT EVOLVEMENT TYPE OF GLYCINE

  • Using microscopical technique in this experiment, vessel elements of different evolvement type soybean plants have been dispersed.The result showed that the relative length, width and thickness of vessel elements are different from each other.There are va rious shapes of perforation at the top of a vessel, the Glycine soja has the tail on the vessel top, but in semi wild soybean, semi culture soybean and Glycine max have not been found the tail at the top of vessel.The intervascular pitting of soybean are differently in Glycine.All of the vessels shapes of species soybean have represented their position of evolutional system, i.e.the Glycine soja is originally→semi wild→semi culture→Glycine max is a plant of evolvement in Glycine L.
