SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE OBSERVATION ON LEAVES OF DIFFERENT CULTIVAR AND SINGLE PLANT OF OLIVE IN HARDINESS

  • In the case of strong hardy Olive (Olea europae L.)Кримсая302.Никтская371, the structure characteristics of their leaves viewed by seanning electron microscope (SEM) are as follows: (1) The cuticular layer on the adaxial epidermis is thick and the wax is dense on the cuticular layer. (2) The sunken stomata in the abaxial epidermis are covered by dense peltate hair. (3) The palisade tissue is well developed in both side of the leaf. This indicates that the structure of their leaves is xoromorphic structure of sun leaf.
